I am a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I received a Bachelor's degree with honors from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Physical Education (Strength and Conditioning focus) and a minor in Health Education.
In 2003, I began my career in fitness and I have always made a point to stay informed on the latest research and on the cutting edge of exercise science to continue to deliver the best results to my clients.
I have had the privilege of working in general fitness centers, sports performance facilities, in clients' homes, and corporate fitness facilities. I design and implement safe individualized fitness programs for individuals, small groups, classes, sports teams, and corporate groups. I work with all ages from kids to seniors. My client's fitness levels range from beginners new to fitness, to elite athletes at the collegiate and professional levels.

Nick Cabauatan is the BEST trainer in the Canton, MI area!! Before my first workout, we discussed my goals and I also completed a fitness assessment (I wanted to get in shape for my upcoming wedding). Nick really listened to my questions and concerns and he designed a workout schedule tailored just for me. Nick worked around my schedule for training appointments and also offered group classes on the weekends. I felt the workouts pushed me each week to work a bit harder than I normally would on my own. After just a few weeks of training sessions, I felt healthier and had more energy. Also, on my wedding day, I felt like I was in the best shape of my life.
